The following information details the licensing and support policies of our software products, and the End User License Agreement. If you have any questions not addressed in this section, contact RAD Software & Consulting at your convenience for clarification on any of the issues covered below.

    Licensing and Support

    For purposes of defining licensing and support policies, our software applications are categorized into three groups:

    Non-Premium Version software-

              InTouch
              MyBooks
              MyRide
              MathTrac
              WordHide
              Scramble
              OnTarget

    Licensees of the above listed software are entitled to unlimited customer and technical support for the life of the software.

    For new users, licenses are available for the above listed software at the regular listed price  (unless other arrangement have been made between RAD Software & Consulting and the user).

    For previously licensed users, license upgrades are available at an upgrade discount, the amount depending on the software in question, and the disparity between the previously licensed version and the latest version.

    Premium Version software-

              CopMan

    Licensees of the above listed software are entitled to unlimited customer and technical support for a period of one year. After one year, this level of support can be continued indefinitely with an Extended Support Agreement (ESA) available at $8/month, billed annually. We will notify the user in a timely manner to make arrangements for offering an ESA.

    Those who choose to not participate in an ESA after the first year will continue to receive support, but only for those instances involving critical data issues. Other issues related to daily software performance, onset of operational instability not related to the software itself, and other such matters will not be supported. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

    For new users, licenses are available for the above listed software at the regular listed price (unless other arrangement have been made between RAD Software & Consulting and the user).

    For previously licensed users, upgrades are available at an upgrade discount, the amount depending on the software in question, and the disparity between the previously licensed version and the latest version. Revision version updates are available at no cost.

    For previously licensed users, license upgrades are available at an upgrade discount, the amount depending on the software in question, and the disparity between the previously licensed version and the latest version.

    Pro Version software-

    Licensees of the above listed software are entitled to unlimited customer and technical support for a period of one year. After one year, this level of support can be continued indefinitely with an ESA available at $12/month (for MyCash and MyLife: $12/year), billed annually. We will notify the user in a timely manner to make arrangements for offering an ESA.

    Those who choose to not participate in an ESA after the first year will continue to receive support, but only for those instances involving critical data issues. Other issues related to daily software performance, onset of operational instability not related to the software itself, and other such matters will not be supported. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

    For new licensees, a primary license is available for the above listed software at the regular listed price (unless other arrangement have been made between RAD Software and the user). For networked configuration involving two or more workstations, additional network licenses are available at a significantly discounted price .

    For previously licensed users under 1st year support, or for licensed users participating in an ESA, major version updates are available at an upgrade discount. Minor version  and revision version updates are available at no cost.

    For previously licensed users not participating in an ESA, all upgrades are available at an upgrade discount. Revision version updates are available at no cost.

    The upgrade discount depends on the software application in question, and the disparity between the previously licensed version and the latest version.
